From Sketch to Finished Jewelry
We translate your hand-drawn sketches or high-precision 3D CAD files into physical master molds, casting sterling silver, gold, and brass under one roof.

Our Bench Production Steps
Every custom piece moves through a rigorous sequence of technical design, physical casting, and master hand-finishing in our Bali studio.
CAD and Wax Carving
We convert your sketches into precise digital models. Once approved, our master carvers sculpt the physical wax prototype to ensure every detail is preserved.
Lost-Wax Casting
We melt and pour precious alloys directly in our workshop. Our artisans then hand-set each gemstone with traditional burnishing tools for lasting durability.
Alloy to Polish
Every surface is meticulously finished using graphite wheels and hand-buffing compounds, achieving a mirror polish or custom satin texture before shipping.
Physical Sample Approvals
We eliminate the anxiety of remote manufacturing. Before we begin small-batch production, we ship a physical sample for your hands-on review.
Digital Verification
Physical Master
Review high-resolution 3D renders from multiple angles. We adjust tolerances, wall thicknesses, and stone weights digitally before cutting any metal.
Hold the raw silver casting in your hands. Test the weight, check the fit, and verify the texture in real-world lighting before approving the batch.

What are your minimums?
What metals do you cast?
We offer low-minimum runs to support emerging designers. Our typical starting point is just ten pieces per style to help you launch without heavy overhead.
We cast in sterling silver, brass, and solid gold (9k, 14k, and 18k). All alloys are mixed in-house to guarantee purity and ethical sourcing standards.
Do you sign NDAs?
Can you set our stones?
Absolutely. We protect your intellectual property. Your CAD files, physical molds, and custom designs remain exclusively yours and are never shared or reused.
Yes, our master bench jewelers specialize in bezel, prong, pavé, and flush settings. We can source ethically mined stones or work with your supplied gems.
Ready to Begin?
